  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3eggs
  • Pinchdalt
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 2 tbscocoa
  • 1 cupchopped peanuts
  • 1 cupraisins
  • 1 cupand half milk

    Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl

    In a jug beat eggs oil & vanilla milk

  3. 3

    Pouregg mixture into the flour

  4. 4

    Add peanuts & raisins

  5. 5

    Mix well

  6. 6

    Grease muffin tin pour tbs spoon of mixture

  7. 7

    Bake @ 180d four 20 minutes
