1 cankidney beans
1 largewhite onion
1fresh tomato
1 headiceberg lettuce
1 lbsour cream
1nacho cheese dorito chips
2 packagestaco seasoning
1/2 lbcheddar cheese
1 cupjalapenos
1catalina dressing
salt
black pepper

Fry ground beef on medium heat, season with salt and pepper

After frying ground beef add water for the taco seasoning as directed on package

Add your kidney beans into your fried ground beef let simmer for a couple minutes

Then start making your taco salad how you want it!
