Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • 1/4 cupchopped olive
  • 2 lbshredded chicken
  • 1 canblack beans, drained
  • 1 largecan cream of chicken soup
  • 8 largetortilla's
  • 2 cupshredded mexican blend cheese

    heat oven to 425

  2. 2

    in large bowl mix onion, olive, chicken, and black beans. add enough cream of chicken soup to bind it all together to your desired level of creamyness.

  3. 3

    place 1/8 of mixture on a tortilla and top with cheese. roll and place in 9x13 glass dish. metal will work too if its all you've got.

    after they are all assembled and in pan, top with remaining cheese, maybe a little olive or peppers of your choice, but not required.

  4. 4

    bake in 425 oven for 20-25 minutes.
