Ingredients

  1. 1 lbSteak (sliced thin)
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Green bell pepper
  4. 2 tbspKnorr beef bullion
  5. 1 tbspKnorr tomato bullion
  6. 2 cupWater to dissolve bullion in
  7. 1 tbspTomato Paste

Cooking Instructions

    Season steak liberally with salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Sear steak on medium high heat in butter and olive oil, do not overcook

  3. 3

    Set aside

  4. 4

    Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the pan

  5. 5

    When veggies start to soften, sprinkle with the flour, cook for another 1-2 minutes

  6. 6

    Slowly whisk in bullion broth, and simmer until sauce starts to thicken

  7. 7

    Add tomato paste

  8. 8

    Add steak back into sauce

  9. 9

    Cover and let simmer for another 15-20 minutes

  10. 10

    Serve over rice
