In a bowl add whole wheat atta and half cup bajra atta.

Then add ajwain, methi leaves breakly cut. Add ginger, garlic and green chilly crushed. Salt, little jaggery and sour curd 1 half cup, oil 4 spoons.

Mix above the mixture well. And knead the dough. It should be kneaded as chapati ata so that theplas would be soft.

After kneading. Roll it with belan. Apply oil in tawa as we do for parathas. Serve hot with coriander flavoured dahi.
