    Wash & cut palak

    Pan me tel garam kare or jira dal de

    Then onion dal de & mila le

  4. 4

    Then palak dal de aur bhune jab tak uska pani na sukh jaye

  5. 5

    Fir corn dal de,hari mirch,aur masale dal de bhune

  6. 6

    Add tomato sause dal de aur thanda hone rakh de

  7. 7

    For dough,methi kaat le

  8. 8

    In maida add methi,ghee,namak ajovion & make a soft dough

  9. 9

    Rest it 10min & make roti &add stuffing in it

  10. 10

    15 min ke liye roll ko frige me rakh de

  11. 11

    Fir nikal kar tal ke medium flame par

  12. 12

    Roll ko pieces me kat le

  13. 13

    Dip ke liyedahi me dhaniya aur masale dal de

  14. 14
