Palak (spinach) saag recipe
Steps

Take a pan and tamper the cumin seeds.

Add mustard oil in the same pan followed by chopped onion, green chilli and chopped garlic.

Add mustard powder mix it well, when it turns golden brown then add boiled spinach. (Note: you can use non boiled spinach leaves also but for saving time I'm using boiled spinach leaves.)

Mix all the ingredients and with the help of spoon keep stirring it.

After 10 to 15 minutes turn off the flame and serve it.
