Ingredients

  • 1 cupBasen
  • 1Onion (chopped)
  • 1 cupMethi- (chopped)
  • as per tasteSalt-
  • 1/4 tbsAjwain
  • 1 tbsGaram masala
  • 1/4 tbspCumin
  • 2Green chilli
  • as neededDesi ghee- for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl. Add all ingredients in it. Add some water. Make a better little thin like dosa better. Spread on the tawa as per shape you want. When chilla completely golden brown both side. Put it on plate. Serve hot with chutney, sauce or any other you want.
