Take a bowl of besan.

Add salt and red chilli powder in it.

Now add curd and make a batter.

Add water also and mix it ver well.

Now take wok.

Add hing and jeera in it.

Now put the chopped palak and dry chilli in it.

Now cover it with lid for 5 mins.

The pour the batter into it.

When it slowly slowly boils.

Simmer the gas for 15 mins.

But u hv to stirr in between after every 5 mins.

Now after 15 to 20 mins yur kadhi is done.

Serve it with bajra khichdi and gud.
