Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsprouted mong (whole green gram)
  2. 1/2 cup Mint leaves(pudina)
  3. 1 tbspbesan (split bengal gram)
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 pinchasafoetida(hing)
  6. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  7. 1 tbspginger garlic green chilli paste
  8. 1 tspoil for greasing & cokking

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the sprouted mong in a mixture with lill water & ginger garlic, green peas blend..

  2. 2

    Transerf it to a bowl, add, mint leaves, besan, salt, asafoetida & mix well, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder,

  3. 3

    Divide the mixture into equal portions
    4. Heat a non stick pan(tava) grease oil...

  4. 4

    Cook tikkis untile it become golden borwn in colour

  5. 5

    Serve hot with mint &corinder leaves chutni
