  2. 1 lbckn gizzards
  3. 2 cupflour
  4. 2 tbspgarlic pwdr
  5. 2 tbsponion pwdr
  6. 1 tbspblk pepper
  7. 1 tspaccent
  8. 1 tspcumin
  9. 2 tbsplawrys seas
  10. 2 cupoil of choice
  11. 4 largebaking potatoes
  12. 1 envelopegarden green onion dip mix

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    rinse livers n gizzard n drain

  2. 2

    coat with flour

  3. 3

    shake excess flour

  4. 4

    heat oil n cast iron skillet on Med high heat

  5. 5

    fry 5 mins on each side.

  6. 6

    scrub potatoes as is

  7. 7

    cut potatoes in wedges

  8. 8

    parbroil wedges for 5 min

  9. 9

    drain and fry n oil for 8 mins
