Ingredients

  1. 1 lbboneless skinless chicken breast
  2. 1 largepotato, peeled and diced
  3. 2 cupfrozen mixed vegetables
  4. 2 cancream of chicken soup
  5. 1 boxpilsbury refrigerated pie crust.
  6. 1egg plus 1 tablespoon water to make egg wash

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chicken over medium in seasoned water.

    As chicken cooks, cook potatoes until al dente.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 375°

  4. 4

    Remove chicken and let cool. Dice chicken and add to soup mix and potatoes.

    Combine soup and vegetables with one soup can of reserved broth.

  6. 6

    Line pie plate with crust and fill with mixture. Top with other crust an fluke edges to seal. Brush with egg wash and bake until golden brown, about 60-70 minutes.
