Ingredients

12 servings
  1. Dough
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1/2 cupbutter
  4. 1 cupflour
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1 1/2 tspsugar
  7. 4 eachegg
  8. 1 packagesinstant vanilla pudding mix
  9. 2 1/2 cupcold milk
  10. 1 cupwhipping cream
  11. 2 ozchocolate coating
  12. 1/2 tbspCorn syrup
  13. Glace
  14. 1milk

Steps

    Preheat oven to 450°F (230 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet.

  2. 2

    In a medium saucepan, combine 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, stirring until butter melts completely.

    Reduce heat to low, and add flour and salt.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well to incorporate completely

  5. 5

    pastry bag fitted with a No. 10, or larger, tip,

    Bake 15 minutes or till the shell becomes hard

  7. 7

    Remove from oven and make a one-inch slit in the side of each eclair.

  8. 8

    then reduce heat to 325°F (165 degrees C) and bake 20 minutes

  9. 9

    make pudding mix as instructions

  10. 10

    Beat cream until peak

  11. 11

    Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

  12. 12

    Fold whipped cream into pudding.

  13. 13

    melt the chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter in a low heat

  14. 14

    Remove from heat

  15. 15

    Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
