In a grinder, finely grind soaked masoor daal, salt, 1 dry red chilli, turmeric powder and cumin seeds.

In a pan heat oil and fry masoor daal mix according to your size preference.

In a vessel, add curd, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix them well and shift it in the flame.

Cook this well then add fried masoor daal fritters in it and cook it 10-15 minutes and switch off the flame.

For tempering, heat oil, add mustard seeds, bay leaves and dry red chilli and temper your masoor daal bari with it.
