Ingredients

  1. 500 gmVetki Fish fillet cut in pieces
  2. 1 cupBread crumbs
  3. 1Lime juice
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 1/2 bunchCoriander leaves
  6. 3Green chillies
  7. 2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  8. as neededOil
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2Onions
  11. 1 teaspoonGinger paste
  12. 8Garlic cloves blended

Steps

30 minutes

    First marination

    Take a bowl add fish pieces add salt and lime juice rest for half an hour

  3. 3

    2nd marination

  4. 4

    Now take a mixing bowl add

  5. 5

    Onion slices add coriander leaves add garlic cloves and add ginger blend

  6. 6

    Now mix the puree with the fish fillet rest for half an hour

  7. 7

    Now broke the egg add salt mix well keep aside

  8. 8

    In another bowl add breadcrumbs now take fish pieces one by one put to the egg mix well then add to the breadcrumbs mix well with breadcrumbs cover well two sides of the fish fillet

  9. 9

    Now add oil in the nonstick pan add fish pieces one by one deep fry delicious fish fry is ready
