Steps

Wash methi leaves properly. Finely Chop it.

Mix all ingredients Knead tight dough.

Take large portion of dough. Roll little towards thick.

Cook little on both sides on hot griddle for a minute.

Take out on rolling board and roll it again.
- 6
Now again cook it in slow flame by applying ghee on both sides till crisp and golden brown.
- 7
Serve hot with chutney / yogurt/papad/pickle etc.
