
Zax Salesman Tupperware Lunch

Cooking Instructions

Heat a tablespoon of butter in a wok or large saucepan.

Toss in onion and garlic, both diced. Let cook until opaque. Low and slow is best.

Now add the sausage, breaking up as much as possible. Stir around until you feel happy on medium heat. Don't worry about cooking meat through yet.

Add celery and carrots (peeled and chopped.) Salt, pepper and hot sauce it now. Toss/stir and cover on low for 5 mins.

Mix in spinach, corn and broth and stir until its evenly mixed.

Let the mix steam out some of the wateriness for about 7 mins, mix, add the eggs (scrambled or not is up to you) and let simmer until egg is cooked.

Let cool some then seperate into 5 tupperware containers for the week. You'll hate it by Wednesday.

You can make a big portion and feel very satisfied both with taste and health.Two secrets here are:1) paper thin slices make the vegetables to taste more smooth. (See the tool in the photo of step 2.
