Ingredients

  1. 1 lbGround beef
  2. 1/2Onion, diced
  3. 1as needed Shredded sharp cheddar
  4. 12Egg roll wrappers
  5. 1as needed BBQ sauce
  6. 1as needed Medium taco sauce
  7. 1as needed Salt and pepper
  8. 1 tbspPaprika
  9. 1 tbspChili powder
  10. 1 tspGarlic powder
  11. 1 tspOnion powder

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and diced onions

  3. 3

    Squeeze BBQ sauce into cooked meat. I do once around the pan

  4. 4

    Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray

  5. 5

    Place one egg roll wrapper in each muffin slot. You can leave whole or fold in half

  6. 6

    Spoon beef evenly into each cup

  7. 7

    Put about a teaspoon of taco sauce on top of each

  8. 8

    Sprinkle on as much cheddar cheese as desired

  9. 9

    Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown

  10. 10

    Makes 12 taco cups
