Cooking Instructions

Rinse rice under cold water in strainer until run off is clear

Bring chicken broth to boil

Add rice, cover and reduce heat to lowest setting

Remove rice from heat after 20 minutes and fluff with fork

While rice is cooking, brown ground beef, then drain
- 6
Add taco seasoning to beef per package directions
- 7
Put rice in individual serving bowls then add beef mixture, cheese, tomato and top with sour cream

Fresh chopped scallions and chopped cilantro can be sprinkled on top
