Ingredients

  2. 1 eachegg
  3. 2 tspvanilla
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 2 2/3 cupsifted flour

    cream well and add unbeaten egg, salt, and vanilla; beat well.

  2. 2

    blend 2 2/3 cups of sifted flour.

  3. 3

    bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes

  4. 4

    use as drop, rolled or cookie press
