Tak a large mixing bowl and add the all ingredients, make a soft dough. Divide the dough equal parts.

Dust the rolling board and a ball with little flour. Flatten and begin to roll evenly to medium sized paratha.

Heat a tawa, place paratha and cook both sides.
- 4
You can pour 1 tsp oil around the edges. Serve hot with boondi raita.
