Steps

Soaked chickpeas & green lentil in a water overnight.Ensure the watr level is well above the chickpeas level.

Boil chickpeas and green lentil in watr until soft. Cook the chickpeas and green lentil and drain off the water keep it aside for 15 min.

Take a Large bowl put on the boiled chickpeas and green lentil and boiled chicken.Add finely cucumber chunks& Tomato and iceberg lettuce to the bowl.

Add dressing olive oil,lemon juice,vinegar,Thousand island sauce,black pepper,salt,garnish with mint leaf

Toss the salad well and serve as a morning or evening snack.
