Ingredients

  • Fry in oil grated carrot,onion, mustard seeds,green chilli(non spicy) together and add turmeric,salt and half cup of water and cook till the carrot becomes tender.

    Now take some hot rice (cooked) and mix well with this carrot mixture and add few walnuts or any dry fruits of Ur choice..
