Steps

Peel & cut the potato & turnip in cubes. Take out the grain of peas.

Heat oil add cumin seeds,cinnamon stick, chopped garlic & ginger and onion fry it till golden brown.

Add potato,turnip & peas stirr fry add salt & cover it on slow flame, stirring it in frequent intervals.

Add all dry masala and fry it for 5 minutes.
- 5
Add sufficient water to cook it for 10 minutes.
