Steps

    First you have to make a chicken soup with a cilantro leaves, Onion and the potatoes, don't forget to ad a teaspoon of salt.

    Se hace un consomé, con una presa de pollo o con cubo knor. 1 cubo por cada 4 platos. Con cilantro, cebollin y las papas. No olvides agregar sal.

    Aside you take 3 tender corns and take all the grains away and put them on the blender with some water or some of that chicken soup made on step one.

    Coges 3 Mazorcas tiernas y las desgranas, para licuar los granos en agua o en un poco del caldo de gallina del paso 1.

    When the chicken soup is really hot and only then, start to ad the blended corn using a filter or strainer very slowly. Use a wood spoon to agitate the mix at all time.

    Cuando el consomé este bien caliente se va agregando el colado de la mazorca lentamente y revolviendo con cuchara de palo.

    You can ad some chess at the end just before serving it.
