Ingredients

9 servings
  1. 28Oreos (or other cream filled chocolate sand which cookie)
  2. 8 ozCream cheese, softened
  3. 1/4 cupButter, softened
  4. 1 cupConfectioners sugar
  5. 3 1/3 cupCold milk
  6. 2 packages(3.4 oz each) instant French vanilla pudding mix
  7. 8 ozFrozen whipped topping, thawed
  8. 1Foil-wrapped chocolate coins, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Line a 2-1/2 qt. clean new pail or container with plastic wrap or use a serving bowl; set aside.

  2. 2

    In a food processor or blender, process the cookies until finely crushed. Set aside 2 tablespoons of crumbs for topping.

  3. 3

    In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and sugar.

  4. 4

    In a bowl, whisk the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Add to cream cheese mixture; mix well. Fold in whipped topping.

  5. 5

    Place half of the cookie crumbs in prepared container or bowl; top with half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with revved crumbs.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate until serving. Top with foil coins if desired
