Mix a little flour, butter & sugar alternately, with your hands until it forms a ball.

Pat into 1/2" cake. Prick all over with fork. You can also score the top part way through to help it break evenly after cooking.

Bake in slow oven (275°F to 300°F) until golden.

Do not move off cookie sheet until cold or it will crumble. Don't worry about it being golden all the way across. It will be slighty brown around the edges.
