Ingredients

  • 1 can15 oz. chickpeas/garbanzo beans
  • 1 cupartichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 clovefresh garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspwater
  • 1 tbspsesame tahini
  • 1Ground black pepper and salt to taste

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
