1 can15 oz. chickpeas/garbanzo beans
1 cupartichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 clovefresh garlic, crushed
2 tbsplemon juice
1 tbspolive oil
1 tbspwater
1 tbspsesame tahini
1Ground black pepper and salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
