Ingredients

  • 2Cut potato in finger size,
  • pinchArrowroot,
  • 2 tbspBesan,
  • 1/2 tspgarlic extract,
  • a pinch colour,
  • to tastesalt-
  • to tastechat masala,
  • as neededoil in pan to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except potatoes and make a paste by adding water.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a pan

  3. 3

    Take finger potatoes on plate and spread little paste on it.fry deep until it get brown.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle chat masala on it and serve Hot fries with tomato sauce.
