Ingredients

  1. 8large tomatoes
  2. 3onions
  3. 50 gCumin seeds
  4. 5Cinnamon sticks
  5. 250 mlmala
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 kgmeat
  8. 1 tbspnGinger
  9. 1 tbspngarlic
  10. 3 tbspntomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the meat with salt.

  2. 2

    Blend the tomatoes with very lil water to make a puree

  3. 3

    Fry onions,till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add cinnamon to the fried onions,till u get a Swt aroma as a result of the cinnamon

  5. 5

    Add garlic n ginger paste.

  6. 6

    Add the tomato puree, the tomato paste n meat

  7. 7

    Bring to boil n let it HV a thick consistency.

  8. 8

    Add mala lil by lil n let it boil over low heat

  9. 9

    Let the stew boil until its thick n smooth.It should be as shown in the pic

    Boil rice as usually unit all water has dried up,add egg yellow food colour to water,add the coloured water to the rice making pattern of choice n let the rice dry up to serve
