Ingredients

  • 2 paneer
  • 1 bowlajwayen leaves
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • according to testSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Ajwayen leaves ko achhe se dhokr hath se crush kar le

  2. 2

    Paneer ko pieces me cut karein

  3. 3

    Gas on karein pan me oil grm karein.

  4. 4

    Add jeera when it starts crackling add ginger garlic paste and green chilli

  5. 5

    Add all spices mix well

  6. 6

    Add ajwayen leaves saute for 1m

  7. 7

    Add paneer pieces mix well saute for 1m off the flame

  8. 8

    Ajwayen leaves with paneer is ready to serve with chapattis and Paranthe

  9. 9

    Ise aap as a snacks bhi serve kar sakte hai
