1 gallonany flavor ice cream, frozen yogurt or sherbert
1 boxof brownie, cake mix or graham cracker for crust
2of whip cream for layering and or topping.
1any topping!!! cherries, nuts, candy, chocolate, caramel....be creative!

Using a spring form pan, decide which kind of cake you want to make. I made a basic graham cracker crust and strawberry ice cream with a bottom layer of strawberry glaze and top layer or whip cream. I sprinkled with remaining graham cracker crumbs and topped with a cherry. Once I got the crust on the bottom, I layered with glaze and then spread room temp ice cream on top and smoothed with the back of a spoon. Then I added the top layer of whip cream and also smoothed out with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with topping and freeze overnight. Keep covered with saran wrap.
