Ingredients

  • 3ripe bananas
  • 6 tbspspecial butter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 2/3 cupwalnuts

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    Mash bananas

  3. 3

    Mix bananas with butter

  4. 4

    Mix banana butter mixture with sugar, egg, and vanilla.

  5. 5

    Add baking soda and salt.

  6. 6

    Add flour

  7. 7

    Fold in nuts

  8. 8

    Pour into greased 4x8 in loaf pan

  9. 9

    Bake for 1hr , cool on rack, remove from pan.
