Ingredients

  • 1 cupAwla(gooseberry)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 4 tbspMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In cooker add 1 cup water and awla..give it 2 whistle.

  2. 2

    Cool awla and remove seeds from all.

  3. 3

    Cut awla in 4 pieces.

  4. 4

    In a pan add oil..when hot add mustard seeds,red chilli powder, salt, chopped awla.

  5. 5

    Mix everything and cook for 5 min.

  6. 6

    Ready Awla (gooseberry)Pickle.
