Steps

Boil your mutton with ginger and garlic for a few minutes

Saute your onions and garlic till translucent

Add in your chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, spices, and coconut milk

Add in your meat pieces and give it a good mix. Add some broth or water and let it cook till ready. Throw in your rosemary too.

Once ready, serve with rice or chapati
