Chop onion place in bowl.

Grate sweet potato and place in bowl.

Add cumin seeds and curry powder. Mix.

Add the beaten eggs. Mix very well!!

On a baking sheet covered with grease proof paper make little patties of the mixture.

Put into oven at 220 for five mins then reduce temp to 180 and cook for a further 15 mins.

Serve with curry or in warmed pitta bread.
