Wash palak and blanch with hot water for 2-3minutes and then drain in cold water

Take a bowl put maida, chilli flakes, crashed pepper and salt and make a smooth batter

Now cut the cheese in small sizes (1 by 4)

Now wrape the cheese cube with palak leaf by using clove to make the palak bag.

Cut bread in flower shape with the help of cooki cutter and roast both side til golden brown and crispy and apply little amount of buttet

Take a Kadai put oil and heat it

Now dip palak bag in batter and fry

Now arrange the plate put bread slice and cheese palak bag on it, garnish with cheese

Cheese palak bag is ready

Serve with sauce
