  2. 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspblack pepper
  5. 4 mediumpotato
  6. 1/2 largechopped onion
  7. 2 clovegarlic
  8. 3/4 cupred wine
  9. 1 1/2 cupwater
  10. 1 tspancho chili powder
  11. 1 tsporegano
  12. 1 tsphungarian paprika
  13. 1/2 tspbasil
  14. 1/2 tspsage
  15. 1/2 tspthyme
  16. 1 cantomato paste
  17. 6 ozBaby carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Toss beef in flour salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Brown beef in cast iron pot.

  3. 3

    Remove beef and saute onions and crush garlic

  4. 4

    Deglaze with wine and add water, veggies, tomato paste, and beef
