2 cupoat bran
2 cupcorn meal
3/4 cuprye flour
1/4 cupprotein powder
1 cupbuckwheat groats
3/4 cupflax meal
1/4 cupChia seeds
3/4 cupbaking powder
2 tbspsalt
3 cupdry powdered milk
1 cupnutritional yeast
2 cupolive oil, extra virgin

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly before adding the olive oil. Using a pastry blender, cut olive oil in until it is evenly blended and crumbly.
