1 tsphungarian paprika
1/2 tspbasil
1/2 tspsage
1/2 tspthyme
1 cantomato paste
6 ozBaby carrots

Toss beef in flour salt and pepper

Brown beef in cast iron pot.

Remove beef and saute onions and crush garlic
4

Deglaze with wine and add water, veggies, tomato paste, and beef
