Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 6Boiled smashed potato
  2. 1 bowlpalak paste
  3. 1 Bowlboil and crushed green peas
  4. 1 Bowlbread crumbs
  5. 1/2 Bowlsuji/Rava
  6. 2 tbspGinger garlic green chilli paste
  7. 1/2 Tea spoonjeera powder
  8. 1/4 Tea spoonchaat masala
  9. 4/5 tbspCorn flour
  10. 3 tbspOil for shallow fry
  11. Salt as per ur taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take one Bowl add add boiled smashed potato, boiled green peas, palak paste.

  2. 2

    Now add Ginger garlic chilli paste and add jeera powder, chaat masala, bread crumbs.

    Add corn flour, salt. Mix it gently.

    Dived the mixture in equal part. Give heart shape or ur choice of shape.

    Cover it with suji.

  6. 6

    Take non stick pan. Add oil. Cook this cutlet on pan both side till golden brown.
