Steak, Mushroom & Spinach Quesadilla
Leftovers from my dad's dinner. Was hungry and decided I wanted something new so I came up with this recipe.
Steps

Cut steak, mushrooms into bite sized pieces and grade cheese

In a small pan add a thin coat of olive oil (you could use a different oil)

Heat up oil then add steak and cook until golden brown
- 4
In a separate pan sautée mushrooms and Spinach in butter. Add salt and pepper to taste

Lightly butter flour tortillas (optional)

Add graded cheese, steak, mushrooms on one side
- 7
Top off with cheese before folding and finish cooking

As an option add remaining cheese and any leftover steak and mushrooms
