Slice onions napa cabbage and carrots

Cook Chinese noodles in boiling water

Saute onions and carrots

add Napa cabbage to sauteed onions and carrots sauteed cabbage until soft

Drain cooked Chinese noodles

Add to vegetables and stir fry for a minute or 2

Add fish sauce to cooked chow mein
- 8
Sprinkle with green onions when you serve it
