Cut the paneer into medium sized cubes.Shallow fry in a deep based frying pan.Set aside.

Chop coriander leaves and chillies and mix with curd besan CIBA ke ashmiri Mitch masala salt and sugar with a little water

Marinate the paneer cubes into the masala mixture and keep for an hour.

Put the paneer cubes into the kabab steaks piercing both sides of the cubes and the masala mix.

Put the sticks on a hand griller upon a lower flame and grill till the paneer is well done.

Squeeze lime juice on the top and sprinkle with ciba chatkari chat masala. Serve with onion rings
