Heat a pan add radhuni, dry chilli and ginger paste statue it

Shallow fry those karela then put the bottle ground cut into cubes then add boil mung daal cover it for 5 mins

Add radhuni, ginger paste and salt saute it well

Garnish it with ghee and serve it hot
