Sab se pehle aalu ko boil kar ke maish kar le. Maish kiye hue aalu me maida Hara dhaniya, Hari mirch add karein.

Uske baad Namak, Lal mirch powder mix karein. Or apne hatho me oil lagakar tikki tyar karein.

Ab tikki ko halka brown hone tak sek le. Ya fr dip fry kar le.

Ab tikki pe dahi, chutney dal le. Or uper se jeera powder daal ke serve karein. Thanku.
