  • 4 piecechicken quters
  • 1 tbspcornstarch
  • 1/4 tspparsely dry
  • 1 tspsage dry
  • 1/4 tsprosemary dry
  • 1 tspthyme dry
  • 1/2 cupwhite wine

Steps

  1. 1

    Put parsely, sage, rosemary, and thyme. In pot with cornstarch and wine I used chardonnay

  2. 2

    Heat untill thickens

  3. 3

    Put under chicken skin, lightley salt skin

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 min or untill done

  5. 5

    Broil on low 5 min to crisp skin
