Steps

In a kadhai, Saute jeera, green chillies and then add turmeric and red chilli powder.

Take a bowl of curd and add 1 cup of water and stir well.

Add salt to taste and the chopped boiled potatoes.

Add in Kasuri methi and mix well and cook for 10 mins. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.
