Sabse pehle palak ko barik cut kar ke wash kar lo aur cooker mein 1cup water dal kar salt dal kar cook karo.

Ab chana daal ko wash kar ke 1 ghanta bhigo ke rakh do. Phir usko bhi cooker mein 1 cup water,salt aur haldi dal kar 2 to 3 citi aane tak ubla lo.

Ab ek kadai mein jeera golden brown hone tak saute karo medium flame pe.

Ab usme hing aur ginger paste dalo use bhi medium flame pe saute karo

Uske baad usme chopped tomatoes aur sare masale add karo aur 5 minutes cook hone do.

Ab usme cooked palak aur cooked dal mix karo aur 5 minute cook karo.

Ab ek plate mein nikalkar tomato se garnish karo

Ye palak dal makki ko roti ke sath serve karo
