Ingredients

  1. 5- 6Tomatoes medium
  2. 1 tbsp Green garlic chopped
  3. 2-3 piecesGreen chillies chopped
  4. 1/4 tspRai
  5. 1/4 tspCiba hing
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspCiba haldi
  8. 1/2 tspKashmiri lal mirch powder
  9. 1/2 tspCiba garam masala
  10. 1 /2 tbspOil
  11. Coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop and grind tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and put rai and add hing. Then put garlic and chillies. Cook for a min.

    Add tomatoes and cook till oil separates.

    Add all spices. Cook for 2 mins.
